Why You’ll Love This Recipe

Easy – As a mom, I’m torn between loving this recipe for its amazing flavor or the fact that it only dirties one dish. One-pot meals are a total MOM-FAV in my house! Furthermore any recipe where everything goes into one pot is a definite winner in my book.

Flavorful – The variety of spices and fresh cilantro in this dish, all simmered together with the meat, rice and beans create a cajun flavor and aroma that warms the soul.
