Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF and place a 8x10" baking dish with butter in the oven. Allowing butter to melt.
Mix all your ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Once butter has melted remove the pan from the oven and place your fresh fruit of choice in the bottom of the baking dish.
Pour your oatmeal batter over the fresh fruit.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until fruit is bubbling and oats are beginning to brown.
Allow baked oatmeal to cool slightly before serving.
Serve with a topping of milk or cream.
Notes
Add additional egg whites or a scoop of collagen peptides or protein powder to oatmeal batter for a protein packed breakfast.
