Easy Tallow and Fresh Herb Roasted Parmesan Potatoes Recipe

Easy and delicious tallow roasted potatoes with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese. A crispy, golden side dish recipe made with flavorful beef tallow!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Gold Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Tallow
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1-2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2-4 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Herbs example combination: thyme, chives, tarragon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF and place a 9x13" baking dish with tallow in the oven. Allowing the tallow to melt for the potatoes.
  • Chop all the potatoes and fresh herbs.
  • Once the tallow has melted (5 minutes) remove the baking dish and place potatoes and herbs in dish, toss with melted tallow and seasonings.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes until tender. Stir only the last 5 minutes to insure potatoes have a crisp exterior.
  • Remove from oven and top with fresh grated parmesan. Allowing the heat from the potatoes to melt the cheese.
  • Serve as a dinner side or bring to a holiday or family gathering.
