Ingredients
4CupsFresh Pitted Apricots
3TablespoonsLemon Juice
2TablespoonsMaple Syrup
1/4CupCoconut Water
Instructions
Pit Apricots.
Place all ingredients in blender and purée.
Taste for desired flavor.
Pour into ice cream maker and blend.
Pour sorbet into parchment lined loaf pan, cover and place in freezer for 3-4 hours or until frozen.
Notes
You could substitute orange juice for the coconut water, however consider reducing your lemon juice as a result.
