Quick and Easy Dutch Baby (German Pancake)

Make a quick, nourishing Dutch Baby for breakfast, topped with your favorite jam or fresh fruit – perfect for any morning!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF
  • Place a glass baking dish with butter to melt in the oven while pre-heating.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  • Immersion blend until everything is well incorporated.
  • Pour batter into the baking dish over melted butter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove Dutch Baby when it is fluffy and beginning to brown on any raised edges.
  • Serve with your favorite topping of powdered sugar, fresh fruit or jam with sour cream.
