- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Tbsp Butter
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Place a glass baking dish with butter to melt in the oven while pre-heating.
Add all remaining ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Immersion blend until everything is well incorporated.
Pour batter into the baking dish over melted butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove Dutch Baby when it is fluffy and beginning to brown on any raised edges.
Serve with your favorite topping of powdered sugar, fresh fruit or jam with sour cream.
